Perm-a-ment Change

A Perm is a strong chemical process that breaks down the bonds of the hair and then re-sets them in a new form. The end result can be bouncy curls if done right or fried frazzled limp strands if done wrong. Thus this service should only be done by someone that regularly gives perms and has ample experience in what kind of perm will work best on your hair. For this reason I have decided to stop offering perms since I do so few. For any of my clients interested in a perm I am referring that service to Kathleen here at Solace Salon.
